The final Safe at Home event in 2008 took place in Mobile, AL where SDEA partnered with local churches and the Mobile Bay Bears to see more lives changed on July 20.

After the Bay Bears defeated the Chattanooga Lookouts, Scott Dawson proclaimed the Gospel message from second base resulting in 71 people making first-time decisions for Christ and 44 people making other decisions. Big Daddy Weave joined the team again in Mobile and led the celebration of lives changed forever.
